I had the joy of working with Peter on multiple teams at Nike. He is the definition of the phrase "team player" -- reliable, hard working, caring, thoughtful, and more. I enjoyed every opportunity I had to partner with Peter, and remember not just the moments where we got to nerd out optimizing processes and building new tools, but the laughs outside of the office on the kickball field or goofing around playing beach volleyball. Whether it's strategic thinking and planning, or diving face first for a volleyball, Peter's the guy you want by your side.

Peter is a gifted collaborator and he elevates the work of the teams around him simply by being who he is. Peter shares his knowledge freely and listens carefully to the needs of the organization, propelling work forward by creating connections and providing support wherever it is needed. He invests time in building and innovating his own skill set so to make large scale work easier and more efficient. He is calm in the face of challenging deadlines and expectations and simply leans in, works the problem, and supports those around him. His professional, direct, creative approach to project management brings the most complex, large scale, innovation work to life seamlessly. Peter builds trust with the right combination of clear concise executive communication and authenticity. I would highly recommend Peter as a leader in the industry and would be grateful for any opportunity to work with him again.

I had the pleasure of partnering with Peter at Nike closely for a year. He is a big vision thinker who is usually thinking 100 (or a million) steps ahead. Peter has an incredible ability define a vision, enroll people and gain buy-in, and distill the plan into actionable steps. Couple that with his ability to map the process/solution to Smartsheet as the enabling technology of the vision, and he is unstoppable!
