Peter and his team have been an invaluable resource to us at Pathion. With employees in multiple states and continents, having a secure, integrated IT infrastructure with a single point of contact for support has been extremely important to us. Peter and Karen have built a world-class organization which strives to use best practices to design and implement IT and communications systems that can be easily replicated and supported by their staff 24/7. While there have been some trade offs from a platform perspective, they have implemented an architecture which has worked well and met our needs very cost effectively. Having 24/7 support for all of our connected devices, from PC's to phones, laptops, and tablets has been great for our employees and has freed up our internal folks from the burden of support, allowing them to focus on their core jobs. Peter and his team are extremely professional and knowledgeable and have been both cost effective and great partners to work with.
