Peter is a saavy Marketer, positive team leader, has a discerning eye and is not afraid to get his hands dirty. In my experience, people with his skill-set often feel their talents are so considerable that their efforts should only be spent on highly visible projects. Peter, however, will treat all projects and requests the same (even those with limited visibility). It was a joy to work alongside him for two years. I only hope that we'll get to work alongside one-another again. I would recommend Peter without hesitation or reservation to anyone seeking strong leadership and team-first attitude.

Working for Peter transformed my professional career in too many ways to count. He is hands down the best boss I've ever had. He taught me so much. Every interaction I had with Peter was productive, efficient and incredibly enjoyable. This can be attributed to his fantastic personality, clear and concise communication style, and the amazing value and experience he brings to absolutely everything he touches. I look at my work before I had the privilege of working for Peter compared to just a year later under his guidance and the difference is night and day. Peter was able to teach me in a way that always felt constructive instead of critical. He has incredible vision for not only a specific project, but how they all tie together as a whole. Because of Peter's leadership we were able to create and roll out an entirely new brand for PennyMac in less than a year which is an incredible feat. We accomplished this in an incredibly efficient and effective way: creating templates, normalizing and streamlining processes and collaborating with multiple departments and vendors all along the way. Working for Peter was one of the greatest opportunities I have received in both my personal and professional career. I am proud of the incredible skills and level of professionalism he taught me and know that they will contribute greatly to any further successes for me. Peter is the boss you can only hope to have, the invaluable mentor, and incredible asset to any team or project. For those who have yet to have the pleasure of working with Peter, those of us who have can tell you that he has set the bar incredibly high. Peter is the ideal person you want working on content that will impact your business and represent you to your customers. I can't say enough good things about how much I enjoyed and learned working with Peter and how lucky you'd be to work with him.

Brand Strategy can be a fickle thing in the mortgage industry. Many mortgage lenders do not fully understand the value of having a strong brand in driving lifetime value of a customer. In the two years I worked with Peter, he was able to clearly articulate not only the benefits of having a strong brand, but to turn that brand into action. From developing the company's first formal brand guidelines, to executing branded customer communications that aimed to enhance the company's reputation while increasing the customer's trust, Peter was able to thoughtfully drive the brand experience. His insatiable curiosity and understanding of new and emerging technologies kept him on the forward edge of marketing strategies. And on a more personal level, Peter was an invaluable marketing team member and cheerleader, often going above and beyond the call of duty to make the workplace an enjoyable experience in the midst of sometimes chaotic circumstances.
