Peter has the unusual ability to address every level of an organization in the way required to affect positive outcomes. He excels at mentoring his technical team while also forging industry and key internal stakeholder relations to drive the business forward. In my product management and partner relations roles, Peter was my go to partner, advisor and confidant for technology leadership, strategy formation, and for finding creative ways to advance our plans. I would work with Peter again in a heartbeat!

Peter is a rare and exceptional engineering leader. I had the pleasure of reporting directly to him during my time at Mythic. While working for Peter, I was continually impressed with his leadership abilities, business acumen, empathy/compassion towards others, and technical depth and breadth. In addition to being an exceptional leader, he is also a very good manager: balancing busy deadlines, shifting priorities, and technical advising while consistently making progress towards larger organizational goals. To add to his list of admirable qualities, Peter also has very sharp technical skills. Multiple times, during times of great stress, he got down into the weeds and wrote code to solve a high priority problem that the team was either too busy to do or did not have the current knowledge to do quickly enough at the time. In every case, he successfully handed the code off to his team and empowered them to take ownership and improve upon the groundwork he had laid. In less stressful times, he organically encouraged us to come up with solutions to technical problems — ultimately becoming better engineers in the process. They say the highest form of flattery is imitation, which bears some truth as many of the qualities I see in Peter, I try to emulate myself. Any organization would be lucky to have Peter in a leadership role.
