- Implementation and delivery of a local authority-funded peer mentoring project in a multi-agency environment, including the NHS trust, GMPT, and GM Police. - Led project operations across the Tameside area, working with external partners and linked providers to ensure delivery of services in line with contract and funder requirements. - Contributed to strategic development, including business planning, internal policies, procedures, quality standards, and regulatory compliance. - Established a framework for volunteering within the Tameside district of Greater Manchester Probation Trust, which saw the recruitment, training and retention of 40 volunteer mentors over the 2-year period. - Organised and facilitated 5 ‘Recovery is a Reality’ events leading to a redesign of the treatment system to address 'silo' working practices occurring in the local authority area.
