  • Analyzed and completed all phases of the build of 10 departments for the conversion from SMS order entry to Cerner PowerChart Order Entry. This includes the build itself, the security for those departments, training and support. • Built, maintained, and supported the SMS order entry flows and reports. • Built, maintained, and supported multiple sites using McKesson’s Pathways scheduling software. • Served as primary contact for user issues. • Converted roughly 30 reports that utilized the Kyocera printer command language to the HP equivalent command language. The bulk of the reports contained graphics that required complex programming in a language that had been completely foreign to me prior to volunteering for this project. • Created, maintained and supported reports written in EZTRIEVE and JCL programming languages. • Created “screen walker” scripts for the registration of hundreds of test users, using the BASIC programming language. The creation of these scripts saved countless man-hours in comparison to the prior system (manual registrations). • Created documentation and report manipulation applications through the use of Microsoft Access for the Long-Term Care facilities and Patient Accounting.
