The Future Pathways Manager role is responsible for developing a Strategy and framework in preparation for the industry transformation towards Net Zero 2050. Accountabilities include identifying skill gaps, planning and implementing future career opportunities and choices for Stanwell employees. The role will involve the development and implementation of an operational philosophy and workforce skills and capabilities plan for upcoming Stanwell Hydrogen projects, and focus on skills development for current and emerging renewable energy projects. The role will also support the Environmental Social Governance requirements for the regions in which Stanwell operates, including collaboration with external stakeholders and governing bodies on broader industry change and community impact.Consultation and collaboration with Queensland Government on the Queensland Energy and Jobs Plan including membership on the Energy Industry Council Sub Committee and industry input and feedback on teh Qld future Energy Workforce Roadmap. Outage Manager

Based at Stanwell Power Station the Outage Management role provided leadership to delivery quality outcomes and drive a change to Safety Culture during major plant overhauls. This involved a workforce of over 600 from 30 contract companies in conjunction with internal production superintendents, engineers and team members and overseeing the execution of $220 million of projects planned over a 4 year period. Critical projects included condenser retubing projects and major electrical systems upgrades in AVR and X&Y system replacements.
