Peter's attention to detail is something that made working with him a pleasure. I Never had to worry if something would correct of in order when he handed it off for my help. His customer service skills are comendable as well. He managed to turn a negative into a positive in most situations and was able to make the customer happy when they came in upset. Working in the Service Dept is not easy but Peter made it look that way.
