Reporting to Peter was one of my most favoured direct reports in my career history. When I was first joining the Fitness & Lifestyle Group IT team from Fitness First IT, Peter and I had to work together to outline the Service Desk layout and transitioning Fitness First IT in to one central FLG IT support for all brands. This was quite a big challenge due to the amount of staff at the time but Peter was able to successfully get this project over the line. No matter what situation will occur, He will always be able to find a best possible solution for the business and his team. Peter is great at positive encouragement for his teams efforts and putting them as number 1, I think this makes it so much easier when working in remote locations. Communication across the brands was always above and beyond, Everyone was kept informed. I have enjoyed working with Peter over the 3 years with the company and I wish him all the best for future work and projects.
