Pete is a real leader, dedicated to his team, his business and his industry. His passion for trees and landscapes came through in our conversations equal to his desire to see his team thrive individually and together. He is commercially driven whilst genuinely caring about his people, wanting the business to grow for their benefit. His enthusiasm for what he does is infectious and he is a great storyteller. Pete has been very open to his own personal and professional development, showed willingness to take feedback, continue to learn about himself and move forward. This requires vulnerability which I believe is the sign of a great leader. Pete self aware and always striving to do more, I have much admiration for him and his resilience. I have very much enjoyed our coaching journey together.

Wharton are a professional, extremely knowlegeable company that can, and will assist with any query. We have recently been exposed to some sensitive planning issues and Wharton have taken great lengths to aid and support us to achieve a sensible and successful outcome. We enjoy working with them and will continue to do so on future projects!

Peter is both a highly experienced and enthusiastic team player. He works excellently as part of a multi-disciplinary team and provides practical and commercially viable advice on matters including arboriculture and ecology. As a masterplanning it is this straight-forward approach that enables a greater end result. Peter and his team at Whartons also provide excellent CPD talks.
