  I was the non-clinical manager of two Aged Care Facilities for ARV. St. Lukes at Dapto was a co-located facility with High and Low Care and a retirement village on the same site. I later moved to the Facility Manager of Farrer Brown Court at Castle Hill. Farrer Brown was a 130 bed facility with a specific Memory Care Unit. I ultimately moved to the role of Retirement Village Manager of Mowll and Warrina Villages I was the non-clinical manager of two Aged Care Facilities for ARV.
