My day-to-day activities includes: • various types of formal testing – functional, systems, integration, user acceptance, regression, smoke and more, • creation of related testing documentation including Test Plans, Test Summary Reports, Test Progress Reports and Release Notes, • JIRA management including project set-up, creation of dashboards, custom work-flows, user management, Test Case execution and management, • Testing of the identity access and management and related applications across several environments, • agile methodologies, • liaising with all team members, and with external customers for all testing activities, • managing test activities for multiple projects concurrently, • managing and mentoring within a small testing team, • validation and management of customer-reported issues, • validation of test results using various tools, • creation of How-To guides, and assist with preparation of User documentation, • Business Analyst support, • deployment support.
