Multibrand koncept with the same organisation as SAND Sweden Ab. Brands: Henry Loyd, Morris, J-Lindeberg, Sail Racing, Replay, Superdry, RM Willams, Hunter, Gustav, Darling .... Woods Wardrobe Stores falls under the same umbrella activities as the Swedish SAND Agency did and my position was transferred as SAND Denmark decided to manage the Swedish retail business on their own. Profitability performance was my main responsibility. I did sales budgets for the four stores, sales increasing activities, follow-ups and always being pro-active. It was my responsibility to I train and drill the four store managers to spot the bestselling products and supply the stores with products to reach the best sell through. The overall responsibility when opening a new store was mine, such as visual merchandising and staffing. I was purchaser for both men and women collections each. Two of our stores where located in the fashionable MOOD Stockholm mall and I was a chosen member of the retail board with a mission to continuously improve and develop marketing strategies, overall atmosphere and customer satisfaction. During my first year at the Danish brand SAND I increased sales by 40% and during the second by over 20%. By using my network in Stockholm I was able to host several evening events with special offers and fashion shows. When updating the store interior, reorganizing the staff and train their commercial skills and forming and sticking to a visual merchandising strategy we saw the result was increase in sales. My role was the same as described above for Woods Wardrobe and my position was only transferred from SAND to Woods Wardrobe within the same group of companies. I was chosen by Henrik Egnell to participate in the real estate owner Hufvudstaden’s development group with focus on the fashionable shopping area called Bibliotekstan. Show less

At the Spanish retail chain ZARA I had 14 employees on my department and the responsibility for a total of 50 people when I was managing the store. This includes recruiting, coaching, training, staff scheduling, visual merchandising, profit calculating, budget analysing sell through and profitability. As a manager and purchaser I did all the order of clothes, shoes and accessories several times a week for the men department. I had frequent contact with my product manager in Spain, who I bounced ideas regarding the product range and store activities. I was positioned at the ZARA flagship store at Hamngatan in Sweden and I was appointed to coach the new managers and salesman for menswear department for our new stores in Sweden and Denmark.
