  As IT Support Manager, I was responsible for a small team of IT support staff who provided day-to-day support for systems, introducing appropriate metrics for resolving and reporting on unit’s performance, including major upgrade to IT infrastructure. As Project and Business Analyst, I prepared a business case for the replacement of the College’s aging disparate administration systems, undertaking a detail business requirement analysis which provided the basis for a package solution. I managed the process of the package selection, which included a detail assessment of various packages abilities to meet the college’s complex requirements, providing the board with a recommendation on selection and implementation strategy.
