  To be responsible in overall project planning, coordination, execution and management:- • Follow up with sales department for project information (i.e. contract and type of machines in each filling line.) • Assist sales department in preparing machine layout and technical schedule for project tender and sales enquiry. • Liaise with client on the project timeline, machine layout, machine technical data and utilities requirement. • Coordinate with technical team and client on the factory acceptance/machine delivery status, and planning for installation. • Monitor the installation progress and arrange manpower at site. • Arrange engineers/technician for testing and commissioning, sometimes technical service and troubleshooting for completed projects. • Coordinate with client’s production, QA/QC team to carry out sterility test before commercial production. • Prepare training agenda and materials for operation and maintenance training. • Carry out operation training to operators and assists the engineer and technician in carrying out the maintenance training. • Work together with sales department to collect final payment, project closure and handover.
