Then to more directly take the reigns as Covid struck to keep the business going during challenging times. The PropTech transformation started via digitization with MOBY, an internally developed WebApp for our 200 odd field operatives replacing paper forms. Next we started a journey with Salesforce.com to implement a 360 degree CRM approach and replace our outdated systems. We have implemented Sales, Service, Field Service and Communities. DocuSign has been added to further digitize and reduce even more paper and we are utilizing AWS S3 for image storage and management. Image AI will likely be our next development. IoT is on the radar as are many other interesting initiatives. In addition we have improved our Management reporting to gain more insights into the business as a whole, and after implementing MS365 we are actively and successfully using MS TEAMs harnessing its power for improved internal collaboration and communication. The above has resulted in doubling our EBITA and a leaner organization structure with an ongoing cultural change towards innovation and digitization.

Littleton, Colorado TERSUS was a liquid carbon dioxide-based platform for cleaning, coating, & sterilizing of fabrics and textiles. Conventional textile processing is water/energy/chemical intensive, and enormously wasteful. Liquid CO2 is abundant, cheap, completely sustainable, and carbon neutral. Sadly it went into voluntary receivership.
