Freeman Clarke is the UK’s largest and most experienced team of fractional IT directors. We are more than interims, consultants or freelancers. We are impartial IT directors, CIOs and CTOs who can become a part-time, long-term member of your senior team at a fraction of the cost of a full-timer. We work with mid-market organisations who don’t want or don’t need a full-time IT director, CIO or CTO. Our aim is to establish long-term relationships with our clients, to provide first-class IT directors on a part-time (we call it “fractional”) basis. Clients typically engage us to create strategies and take action to make a difference to their business in the following areas: stuck projects, integration challenges, IT team gaps and weaknesses, IT strategy and vision, ineffective management information, bespoke software problems, supplier selection management, security and standards.
