I had the pleasure of working with Peter on multiple projects in Volvo. The first project we worked on where Peter was the Leading Purchaser to shortlist and roll out the Contract to 1 out of 132 Customs house agents. Peter’s role was key to the project as it involved taking care of compliance for the entire Volvo Logistics. Peter showed extreme leadership skills while stepping in as a Purchaser and upholding the compliance as well other factors which were key to the organization. He has all the qualities of a good leader including guiding, motivating his team members, pro-activeness, commitment, excellent in negotiation, watching out for his team, compassionate, adheres to all rules and regulations.
