Needless to say that he excelled in every role he played during that period. Going from warm-heartedly welcoming any visitor or new staff member to meticulously working out sets of experiments and clearly reporting on those. Peter is a guy everybody wants to have in the team. I saw Peter self-developing as time went by. While building experience, he was constantly expanding his skill-set and developing a supply chain for the team on the go. Peter was solid in difficult circumstances, always available when you needed him. He managed to keep a healthy work-life balance although it felt like he was ever-present.

Peter and I have worked together at ReGenesys for 12 years. In the early days he was our lab manager and then evolved to becoming a valuable scientist. He worked on optimizing the medium for the xenofree expansion of our human stem cells and applied this on both the 2D and 3D platforms also mastering cell expansion on microcarriers in stirred cultures. The last 2 years he found an interest in data analysis trying to discover the mode of action of the cells through microarray gene analysis. He also followed online courses to improve his data analysis knowledge. Peter can perfectly manage his own projects and is also the prototype of a team player. He is always the first to step up when others need help. He is a great guy, has strong work ethics and is very reliable in getting the job done.
