  Through this work, I gained leadership skills by co-managing 40+ kids in the summer camps, as well as managing my own tennis sessions with multiple students. I work with kids of varying age and skills, ranging from 4 to 18 year old students. Improved managerial skills while in charge of groups of kids by myself or with junior coaches. This includes creating my own drills and setting up games for on-court practices and coming up with different styles of fitness off-court. Most importantly, I made sure the kids were safe and having fun by being charismatic and understanding of their needs.
