I earned the trust of my team leader, engineering manager, and my team by delivering high-quality code and taking ownership of the project. During my time there, I designed and implemented a Mutation Detection Software based on genes sequencing using Node.js, Express, and MongoDB for backend designation. I proposed the use of AWS batch jobs, FSM, and other features to orchestrate the pipeline of tools used. As part of my work, I researched bioinformatics tools used and their accuracy, and I contributed to a research paper on the topic.
