In my time with Unisys I worked in the below positons for the following companies. ANZ Bank Windows 7.0 Project Dec 2012- June 2017 Project Manager/Engineering Lead: I managed a team of up to 150 staff based both on-shore and off-shore to upgrade the Banks end-user hardware and software, involving work across 36 countries and 50,000+ Users. I managed multiple small projects running concurrently under the larger EDU project umbrella, across all stages of the project lifecycle from the creation of scope and timeline documentation through to signoff and handover. McDonalds Australia Jan 2012–Dec 2012 Lead Technical Support/Subject Matter Expert: I was the 2nd Level of escalation for all support related matters for IT hardware and software in McDonalds stores in Australia and New Zealand. I shared the role with 2 other staff based in other states providing 24/7 support. Apple Australia 2006–2012 Technical Support Engineer Apple Certified for hardware and software support across Desktop, Portable and Server products. Earlier Work. 1994-2006 - NEC Certified Technician working on Desktop and Portable Products. - Dell Certified Technician working on Desktop, Portable and Server Products. - Lexmark Certified Technician working on Colour as well as Black and White printers. - Voucher Imaging Process and Cheque Sorting On-Site support for ANZ, NAB, Westpac, ST.George and Chase Manhattan Banks.
