Creating and revising Bill of Material (BOM’s) per the current QP30 remediation project for existing assets in the Facility Services Dept. for South San Francisco Campus. • Working with Engineering, Maintenance and MRO stores personnel to gather as much information on each assigned asset to create these BOM’s. • Researching all existing resources through gMMS and Empac databases, turnover packages (TOP’s), work order history, PM SOP’s, equipment manuals, validation protocol’s and any other useable data to review the history of each asset. Then confirming this information with the Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to correctly modify or create the BOM for each asset in a timely manner. • Entering the proper data onto the BOM spreadsheet to accurately populate the required fields so that when parts are ordered, the correct information is in gMMS to properly receive and stock the correct parts in MRO Stores per each asset. • Tracking down and ordering parts for Maintenance Dept., also in charge of ordering replacement parts for office furniture and ordering office furniture itself, this entailed interfacing with vendors and the Purchasing Dept. as needed to keep track of orders placed and when these orders will be arriving. • Managed all maintenance & calibration work orders through a CMMS program (Maximo). • Perform monthly audits on a number of files to make sure PM's and Calibrations were completed in their scheduled period of time. • In charge of overseeing and putting together a new $140K Centralized Inventory System for the entire maintenance dept. This included accountability, identifying & issuing Inventory Part#s for approx. 8,000 spare parts not already in the CMMS database. Tracking and purchasing parts that were below the Min/Max level. Provide training to all Maintenance Mechanics on how Inventory System worked. • Interface with outside vendors and contractors to schedule maintenance on Boilers, HVAC, PW Systems, calibrations on equipment such as table top scales, load test on floor scales and having vendors provide the proper certificates of compliance for all calibrated tools and equipment.
