With a pro-active attitude I manage the implementations of ControlPay’s Freight Audit Platform, BI solution and establishment of inbound/outbound interfaces with our customers and carriers IT-systems according to the agreed scope, quality and planning. I enjoy it to work with teams worldwide in a multi linguistic environment and don’t fear to find solutions when we face challenges during the projects.   Responsibilities:- invoice audit of international road, air and sea Carriers via ControlPay online audit platform;- receiving, uploading and timely processing of Client’s invoices, process finalizing with invoice status “approved/denied”;- communication with carriers in English (written and spoken);- rates analysis, price calculation set up in the ControlPay system, correct cost calculation control;- receiving and quality control of electronic shipment data, support of data integration with ControlPay system;- full and correct account coding display in client and ControlPay system;- cooperation with IT department, programming logics preparation;- reporting, trend analysis;
