An exciting opportunity is the ongoing development of an efficient and effective service which now has the capacity to draw on the available resources of the two centres. This includes the refinement of the service model to best meet the needs of young people in the repective communities. Additionally, the role aims to support the work already completed and to build further the youth and family and friend participation as these are seen as key objectives to the development of headspace Bathurst and Dubbo.
