Assists in identifying new HR needs and the software products to fulfill these needs for Payroll, LOA, Workbrain and Recruiting Management. Recommend process/customer service improvement, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or variations from established policy with appropriate leadership approvals prior to implementation.
