I managed Peter directly for 2 years during his time at Leadership Academy LLC. Initially, I managed Peter as Head Counselor in 2019. In this role he worked closely with the management team to ensure the smooth running of our Nashville Sail Camp. Peter went above and beyond his role as a Head Counselor. He was consistently on top of all of his duties and never had to be reminded of any of his assignments. He regularly volunteered to take on additional responsibilities to assist the management team with our workload. I was extremely impressed by Peter’s work ethic and readiness to tackle any new and challenging tasks. I then went on to manage Peter during his time as a Camp Director in 2020.
