Conduct polymers testing, including Melt Flow and Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) to ensure the quality of materials used in production. Train junior staff on quality control procedures, equipment operation, and other related processes. Skills: Experience in a quality technician role within a manufacturing environment. Proven experience with testing methods such as extrusion machines, injection moulding, and film lines. Proficiency with KONICA MINOLTA CIE Lab* coordinates and colour analysis.
