As a result of my employment as a Cultural Heritage Officer I had been offered employment as a Research Officer at G.A.L.C. Here I found my ability to engage with Traditional Owner groups and project proponents impacting on traditional land an asset to both parties involved. My job skills involved organising and facilitating meetings between both groups to advise and inform each group on matters pertaining to Native Title legislation and rights.
