I met Peter during his work at Petrofac where he was the director of the Organization Development Department. As a graduate engineer I had many interactions with Peter through the Graduate Development Program, Peter was a very inspiring director and exhibited strong interpersonal skills in managing employees and helped them achieve their goals. Peter was the go-to-person for conflict resolution and problem solving, although he managed a large team he was still able to give special attention to every employee who approached him.
