  Sourcingcreatoin are the direct buying office for HTM group in Asia. I am in charge of the household quality team to ensure quality and European/French regulation compliance of Household Appliances by driving efficient operation with suppliers, laboratories and French team. My main job is as below: Perform factory audit. Test the samples in our lab or the factory. Manage suppliers to get product improvements and certification documents. Manage and optimize laboratories operation in order to have our products in compliance with European and French regulation.
