  Transformation of defect notices into job packs containing detailed instructions of the task, risk assessment of the work involved, sourcing and provision of all required materials, tools and plant. Same thing for statutory inspections and routine maintenance. Harder than it sounds, trust me. It involves the intensive use of SAP, CAD systems, historical document retrieval and interpretation and a good deal of looking at and measuring. Office skills a given, office politics - not so much.
