I have had the pleasure to work with Peter in Exerp and I could see him growing professionally at an incredible pace. Peter joined Exerp in the client services team as a finance product specialist thanks to his background and education. Peter showed interest in the client-facing positions from the very beginning and showed proactivity and creativity to build value propositions for our clients. When we had the chance to open a client success manager position at Exerp, we talked about the opportunity and he applied knowing that it was a natural change for him at the time. Peter is very structured, thoughtful and smart asset for the team and the client, his strategical mindset helps to build very relevant account plans for his clients by growing the company footprint in the client business success. He is very good at building trust-based relationships based on his daily interactions with his piers and clients and has no problem presenting to different levels of the organisation, even in enterprise accounts. I have seen Peter performing exceptionally with C-level roles at one of our biggest clients with very well-built materials and clean propositions. Peter is also a great team member and helps to build a good working environment, not only with the team but also across the organisation.
