  I was an editor for different manga with various teams for many years. Often times I took on more than I thought I could handle and grew into the role. Deadlines were tight and passions for the projects ran high, which allowed me to really sink my teeth into each and every project, eventually becoming the lead typesetter and leading a few different teams toward the end.
