  As Manager ERP, I continued my role as the lead of the ERP software development team at Accell IT, the inhouse IT-department of Accell Group. In 2021 Accell IT started working with the agile framework.In 2022 we've added a new company (Raleigh) in the UK to our platform.

  In this role, I was the lead of the ERP software development team at Accell IT, the inhouse IT-department of Accell Group. We've maintained and innovated our self-build ERP-system including connections to other (internal and external) applications in our best of breed landscape, used at multiple companies of Accell Group in Europe.Due to a reorganisation at Accell IT in 2016/2017, we had to rebuild a new development team in this period.

  In the years 2012-2016 we've expanded our ERP software with both functionality and Accell companies working with the software. One of them was SBS in the US, which also gave another dimension in our support.

  We've implemented our new ERP software, module per module first at Batavus. after that the other companies in NL, Belgium and France followed. We've also implemented a new financial system: FIS2000.

  In these year I've made my first steps in programming software. First directly in RPG and CL in the IBM iSeries. During this period we've started a redesign project to rebuild our ERP software with CoolPlex.
