      Lead Organizer 4/29/2017-1/16/22-4/17-9/17 Lead Organizer for the Munson Medical Center campaign: 1,000 RNs vote to join the MNA. Largest successful organizing drive in the private sector in Michigan in a decade +. Led a team of 2 organizers, 1 Labor Rep. -9/17-10/18 University of Michigan Health System contract campaign- 6,000 members of the University of Michigan Professional Nurse Council (UMPNC, MNA) fight to win a world class contract. Massive informational picket and a 94% Yes strike vote. Led the field program along with 2 to 4 other organizers, 50 nurse reps, 300+ Communication Team Leaders-6/20-12/20: Lead Organizer on the campaign to organize RNs at Aspirus Keweenaw Hospital. Nurses won their union by a 2:1 margin vote, despite a 5 month delay by the employer and NLRB which lead to a new standard for how union representation elections are conducted during the Covid-19 pandemic ( going down in history as: Aspirus Keweenaw, 18-RC-263185, 370 NLRB No. 45 (2020). Led the entire department in a house visit blitz and worked with one organizer after filing for the election.3/21-6/21: Lead Organizer for the Marquette Technical staff campaign: 200 Technical & Professional employees at UPHS- Marquette (MQT General Hospital) voted to join the MNA 159-13 (92% yes!) joining 400 RNs who are part of the MNA. Lead a team of 3 organizers and a Labor Rep working with RN Local Union leadership to help the techs build their union.
