Peter was always a pleasure to work with at NAFSA. Not only does he have a great sense of humor, he also had a sixth sense about what questions I was actually trying to answer, despite what I might be saying. He asked the right questions to be sure he understood, then he produced reports that gave me exactly what I needed. He often made suggestions about additional information he could include to make the reports more useful. He was also always ready to pitch in with enthusiasm to whatever the project was at hand. And his customer service, not only of other staff but of our members as well, was fantastic.
