Optimization of flotation equipment to improve recovery and concentrate grades using latest technology such as Glencore- Jameson flotation Cells and Outotec- Concorde flotation cells Implementation of short and medium term projects in a move to optimize the process by ensuring that good concentrate grades, quality and recovery is achieved. Undertaking surveys and Mass Balancing around the flotation circuits in order to review the flowsheets and identify areas of improvements. Operated one of the biggest Heap Leach pad with a total of 3,200,000tonnes of ore stacked on the pad at 1.26%TCu and 0.86%AsCu. Monitoring and optimizing the Crushing Plant throughput from 45,000 T/Month to 60,000 T/Month. Making sure that the Leaching efficiency is improved and Solvent Extraction Plant is provided with the required copper grades in the Pregnant Leach Solution. Offering Technical Support to three solvent extraction plants and Electro winning Plants. Generating various projects/testworks in a move to optimise the process and provide support to Metallurgists.
