Increase topline sales on service due to a better follow up on the service visits by mechanics\engineers. Built a network of service partners worldwide to get a faster response and a better coverage on requested response time (within 2 hours).Arrange transparency on the installed base of old machines to increase the service level on the whole range of machines global. Create long term relationships with customers on contractbases (SLA) for at least 3 - 5 years on new machines and older machines. This base gives the opportunity to maximize the coverage of the billable hours on the mechanics and also the growth on parts. Visiting international customers to create better relationships to increase the sales on service and new machines. Also responsible for purchasing and sales of used equipment. Building up a global network of resellers in several countries. These machines/sales will help us get involved in new businesses where there is no money for new equipment (upcoming markets). This infects the increase on service and after sales turnover in a positive way.
