  Providing scientific and technical input into projects focused on the pre-treatment, processing, extraction and separation of high value chemicals from plants and biowastes. Currently work package leader for work package 2 of a Horizon 2020 project looking at developing a pilot plant for the production of porous materials from renewable materials.Manage multi disciplinary teams within a matrix management system to deliver time and cost appropriate projects.Liaise with the business team on a variety of commercial important projects from project inception to delivery.Project managed the implementation of a document control system and developing the route to ISO 9001 accreditation. Maintain and safely operate laboratory/process pilot scale equipment and currently in leading implementation of ATEX/Dsear regulations.
