  I was originally a Partner with Cartwright Holt & Sons & following the sale to Halifax Building Society in 1988 worked for Hepper Robinson & then Richard Ellis before acquiring the Coventry Business from Richard Ellis in 1996 to set up D & P Holt. Last year this business Merged with Shortland Penn & Moore to set up Holt Commercial Limited.
