  I have been Lead Technician on a number of small and large scale projects. Recent large projects are the Haramain High Speed Rail Link in Saudi Arabia, consisting four new train stations linking Jeddah, Mecca, Kaec and Madinah; and the King Abdullah Financial District Plot 1.14 which involved a 5 storey basement and a further 54 floors above ground level. The most recent smaller project is the refurbishment/new build of Durlston Castle near Swanage, Dorset. I am responsible for managing teams of Structural Technicians on projects as well as ensuring project standards and project deliverables are met. I lead the "Bath Office Technician Forum" which brings together Technicians from all disciplines to discuss a wide range of topics from project presentations to BIM and presentations/talks from senior managment.
