  Having graduated from WIT in 2001, In late 2001 I began working as Project Manager in the services and fit out sector of construction in a wide variety of public and private sector projects around Dublin including the fit out of Family Law Courts, CAB offices and a number of Pharma and Financial Services offices. From 2004-2006 I was employed as foreman working in the residential market on housing projects valued at 18 & 20 Million euro. In March 2006 I joined MDY Construction Ltd. Between 2006 & 2011 I was site foreman on two Respond Housing Association Projects, the first in Mulhuddart for FCC worth over 48 million euro, the second in Springfield for SDCC worth over 38 million euro. In this time I also completed the construction & fit out of retail space for a Home Value Builders Providers to the value of 7.8 million euro. Between 2011 & 2014 I held the position of Construction and Services manager which entailed the management of defects and small works packages as well as assisting in the implementation of a Quality Management system in the company. During this time I was also site manager for the fit out of Laboratories for Teagasc. Between 2014 and March 2015 I took on the combined roles of Site Manager and Contracts Manager for the construction of a community centre for Respond Housing in Tullow Co Carlow value €250,000 and the refurbishment and extension of a Victorian House in Dun Laoighaire Co Dublin to the value of €700,000. From March 2015-March 2016 I was site manager on a conservation project involving the part demolition, refurbishment and extension of a 130 year old period residence in Malahide, Co Dublin total contract value €2 million. Between March 2016 and December I was Site Manager for Fire Safety and Structural remedial works on a South Dublin Apartment Complex of more than 160 units total value €3 million. Show less
