Peter was an undergraduate student at SJSU. Peter worked with me on a project dealing with the Design of deep beams to fulfill CE 105 class requirement, also worked as a grader for Fall 2012. Very dedicated and hard working individual. Reliable and requires minimal supervision to complete tasks assigned to him. I was very pleased with his performance and gives him the highest rating for the time he worked with me.

Senior Project Engineer for Stanford Center for Academic Medicine/ CAM 1. I managed the structural steel, metal deck assemblies, exterior skin, waterproofing, stairs, misc metals and roofing scope of work. This included railings, stairs, gates, unitized glazing system, stick built glazing system, metal panels, terra cotta tiles, plaster wall assemblies, EIFS, Precast wall assemblies, handset stone wall assemblies, flashing assemblies and single ply roofing system.Highlight of the project was definitely the construction of the cantilevered roof truss. It required a coordinated erection procedure plan and a tower shoring design to support cantilevered third floor. The shoring towers were capable of supporting 120 tons. Once the cantilevered roof trusses were erected, two cantilevered floors and columns were erected and all bolting/welding completed, the shoring system was lowered in increments to allow the steel framing to deflect from its self-weight. Then the shoring system was snugged up to support the concrete pours at the two floor levels, then the shoring was again lowered incrementally after the concrete had reached full strength. Each incremental lowering of the shoring was monitored by our surveyor to document actual settlement.Senior Project Engineer for Parking Structure B, Parking Structure C, and Amenities Pool projects at Moffett Towers II. The project site is prominently situated alongside Silicon Valley's Highway 237 corridor near Highway 101. Moffett Towers II contains Five towers all of which are LEED Gold Certified, an onsite cafe & world class fitness center, and site dubbed the Forest. I maged the park structure finish glazing, plaster wall assemblies, metal panels, elevator system, pvc roofing, flashing, structural steel, stairs, railings, gates and other misc metals.Highlight of the project was completing two parking structures with construction on going at the same time.
