  As Vice President of our Rail Division, my responsibility is to find solutions with the labor union leadership of all railroad crafts and find income protection programs to suit their members. Specifically, to coordinate with the leadership to implement and manage their plans. This includes education for the membership, meetings, open enrollment materials, enrolling the members, helping the members with claims, collection of premium and overseeing the success of the group plan.
