  I developed processes and instruments from concept to final production for ultrasonic weatherstrip machines and supporting equipment. This includes overall project design, designing and/or purchasing of parts, following through with the machine shop, troubleshooting and overseeing design testing. The weatherstrip machines used a continuous ultrasonic welding technique.
