Others have been new offerings all together. Innovation (still) requires specific responsibilities in the design and adoption of the electronic systems and interface for our staff and clients. On going review of our processes and report content and style; keeping our reporting relevant, targeted and compliant. Leadership Provide leadership, mentoring, guidance and support to all team leaders and their staff. Finance Preparation of budgets and finance reporting in conjunction with the finance team. Liaison with Creditors and financiers, including compliance with any specific terms and conditions. Risk Maintenance of appropriate insurances and coordination of internal queries ensuring on going compliance. IT Management, in conjunction with the finance team, the interface with our IT service providers. HR Making sure everyone is happy in their role and providing opportunities for advancement and development where possible.
