Peter and I were colleagues at Brake Check for almost a year. In that time he displayed professionalism to a high degree in all facets of programming and creation of training modules online for our technicians. I highly recommend him in jQuery, javascript, CSS, and responsive design. Additionally he displayed superior understanding of the SalesForce CRM system. And i consider him as a top performer in all facets of computer science. You will not go wrong with him on your team.

With my expertise in Captivate, Meta brought me on to lead development on a gamification using captivate to help promote WhatsApp application and help train internal and external users. Helped manager establish a weekly SCRUM meeting and suggested an AGILE board to help track Instructional Design, Graphic Design, and Captivate Programming. Utilizing Javascript and CSS manipulation was able to create a fully functional moving character and background to help learner become immersed within a virtual town and speak to random non playable characters to help learn and train on specific ecommerce policies. Create project plans to fit stakeholder and customer needs and deliver with-in budget on desired outcomes; full accountability for project results Define project roles and responsibilities in close collaboration with the Customer, including project scope and objectives to ensure a cross-functional understanding amongst project members Perform project tracking through clear and concise status reports and time management reports; proactively identify potential issues and track project member progress against commitments Learn from recent projects to identify and recommend improvements, cost saving initiatives, and substitutions to positively impact current and future project budget or schedule Show less

Began by moonlighting as a captivate Manager helping training developers and refine QA process. Offered a position of Project Manager within six months to oversee and manage 8 Army contracts with 8 sets of ISD and Developers. Previous PM had failed to give realistic time estimates for all phases of the ADDIE model, let alone extra phases the Government tends to add. Contracts were led to success by measuring the abilities of the Developer and Instructional Design teams, as well as adjusting estimates to give ample time for proper Quality Assurance. Hired on additional Developers and Instructional Designers and was able to deliver products that surprised contract Proponents. Weekly meet with separate sets of Army leadership to provide updates, and help manage e learning expectations. Develop new processes and procedures to help move along projects through the ADDIE model to help produce interactive material for the Army. Establish clear quality guidelines and operating procedures to assure all programming is done the same both on the front end and back end. Weekly Status Reports, Monthly Status Reports, and Quarterly Reports created and approved by each Army Proponent to help assist with Army deliverables. Show less

Recruited our entire development team of 7 and have been leading them to be the first internal development team in house. Along with standing up a team, I specifically help our government contacts to develop new policies, procedures, and workflows to help move course requests from Analysis to Evaluation (ADDIE). On a monthly basis provide the General an overview of cost benefit analysis to solidify their goal of saving money by not hiring outside third party eLearning companies. The team is trained weekly on best practices with both Captivate and Articulate while demonstrating how hand coded interactions can work within each program. The eventual goal is to remove the need for authoring tools and hand code each course to have full complete control of the published course. Currently hold System Administrator training access to JKO to help JKO developers test new updates to the JKO website that can help outside teams upload their own course with minimal programming hick-ups. Hold Kick-off meetings with government entities to discuss what eLearning goals they have for the courses they suggest. Help move along their product from Idea to Completion. Developed a team that is able to develop courses in half the time. Identify performance gaps within the team as well as outside the J7 Training and Education team to help create a smooth workflow to develop and approve courses as they move along each phase of the ADDIE model. Create monthly and quarterly reports displaying items that are accomplished along with cost-benefit analysis. Show less

Brought on to help with Boeing 737 MAX training programs and eLearning modules. For legal reasons, these trainings needed to be re-configured to help present its life saving content to Captains that pilot the plane. My ability to help look at the back end coding for the course and apply updates via HTML and CSS3 helped update the courses faster than having a developer modify each page within a 60 page course. Additionally, helped create programming that allows pilots to take courses on tablets, while in transit in the air, and have course details updated upon next network connection to continue their LMS curriculum (Local Storage manipulation). Within 2 weeks was made a Subject Matter Expert with all things Captivate and Articulate. Tasked with training non-programmers to help update courses using only XML and HTML. Was able to help save several from layoff by training them to help update course content without the use of an authoring tool. On call for all things 737 MAX plane training updates needed at moments notice for Boeing legal and executive leadership. Show less
