Peter is a great guy to work for, he motivates and supports all of his team members. He is a powerful strategist and communicates clearly. Strong and direct in his objectives with a fair and engaging management style, he will not suffer fools gladly, but will take time to understand and listen to his colleagues. Any organisation would be lucky to have Peter on their team!

Peter was an excellent motivator and was very fair, he appreciates staff who work hard and can point out where non performing sales staff are going wrong. When I worked for Peter ever single member of the sales team hit all their targets at Masterlease.
