      I started at LegalStream when they were servicing just the one mortgage settlement client, the Colonial State Bank. We morphed that, with just myself and RB as the management team, into a team of 65 processing mortgage settlements across a wide range of credit unions, Banks and non banks. Changing from a law stationer to a legal corporation allowed us to then start to disrupt the default notice world, creating a model a quarter of the cost of those offered by your traditional lawyers. Mortgagee sales followed by invitation initially, but when we realised how good we were as processors, became an offering that allowed LegalStream to provide this service to all 4 of the Big 4 by the time I'd left them. Its difficult to relay and for others to understand how hands on I was in everything we did. From presenting to clients, understanding their system requirements and adjusting our portals to suit, creating adhoc reports, using PowerBi to show where the mortgage stressed areas were, we offered it all and if we didn't, we find ways to adjust and introduce new offerings. The clients loved it! Key Achievements: • Created electronic document delivery processes within DocuSign • Automated the digital delivery of mortgage documents for Athena Home Loans • On-boarded Westpac, Bank of QLD, CBA and Macquarie Bank in mortgagee sales • Operational involvement in the significant growth from a Law Stationer to a Legal Corporation • Created the Property Presenting Module, allowing complex tracking of transactions through various stage gates • Direct involvement with stakeholders to become the first non-bank to process 5,000 transactions in PEXA • Developed an in house document production system, enabling the team to tailor documents based on client needs • Created a third party supplier management portal for Westpac allowing LegalStream to act as the Supplier Manager, removing the need for Westpac to administer Show less
